Laura Mineff, Founder of Environmental Well Being of Aging

Founder and leading the efforts of the Environmental Well Being of Aging, Laura Mineff has 18 years of experience as a design contractor, offering life-style consultation, building and designing concepts for individuals and commercial projects throughout the United States.

As a design contractor and the talented owner of Array Design Studio & Gifts, Laura is a passionate visionary in her goal of invigorating her clients to enhance their environments to promote well being for their emotional, physical and professional lives.

With background that includes a career in geriatric nursing, Laura has experience in assisting people with health and living challenges during life’s changes. She has taken on the challenge of working with major developers and conquering build-outs for residential and commercial projects to reflect the changing lifestyle environments across the country. Her knowledge and understanding of design development and general contracting embrace diverse elements to create atmospheres which clients gravitate towards, as they grow and expand in their life.

She is a member of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), BNI and Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cleveland and has been recognized with five stars from HOUZZ. The Building Industry Association (BIA) has acknowledged her business as a leader in green residential home projects that integrated teams from the community and local student groups.

Laura hosts the Dynamic Insights for Your Home Environment,” an internet radio show on VoiceAmerica’s Variety Channel, as well as her own podcast series. Her shows address diverse issues of well being during life’s journey.
